Megan is a winner…

Megan is a winner after attending Climate Change Conference.

“I remember when I opened the letter; I thought it was just another piece of junk mail offering a competition. But then I read it properly and realised it said congratulations! I was so excited but couldn’t remember what I won it for, reading it again it answered my question; I had won the Sony notebook competition at the Eco Schools Conference. I was about to jump up and scream but then I saw mum on the phone, so I ended up just dancing around the room silently, well I did start to whisper, ‘I am the champion’. Once mum got off the phone, I screamed and gave her the letter; she then started to sing with me. The letter said congratulations, on winning your Sony notebook, if you would like to collect your prize then come down to Apple Tree Court and we will take your picture for our magazine’.
The smile never really left my face till the day it got handed to me, even now writing this, with it, I remember reading the letter. And I would to thank  the magazine inq, Apple Tree Court, the conference runners, the EDIT team for being the competitors and Mrs Cook for taking me to the conference, they all helped me win my amazing Notebook”
